+1 I am in favour of us putting a line in the sand for 1.3. No more new features (features we've been talking about doing should be ok though, but lets be brutal about what we should commit to).
I believe we need a focused goal as to what we need to achieve for 1.3. This means coming up with ThePlan(tm) (again) as a group, delegate the work, and check in regularly as to how we're tracking?
Absolutely. We have already identified the set of tasks with names attached. We would need to get a committment from committers to meet a timeline. I'll wait for some more comments, and draft ThePlan(tm).
