I'll have to look at the logging-site issues separately. The docs I am
talking about are generated as part of the 1.2.X build/branch, live in the
1_2branch, and are released with the release image as local html files.
They are generated from the 1_2branch src/xdocs files, using the 'dist'
target, which are all currently updated in cvs. The generated html has not,
to date, been checked into cvs. I can do that if we really want.

I will generate an rc2 tonight. Folks can use that to review the generated
html, and I will use that as my base to test the build in the various jdk's
this weekend.
