So, before I call an official vote, I thought I would open it up for an unofficial poll. Should we proceed with 1.2.11rc3 for the official release?
- I can work to run the tests under 1.4. I'll have to modify the witness files, but it is probably straight forward enough. - I want to mention the release plan going forward, so I would like to work out those details (v1.3 vs v1.4), but we have a release plan in place that I can document for now.
