Receiver is a new concept as of 1.3. Also, Chainsaw has a dependency on log4j SVN trunk (which is the latest alpha of log4j 1.3), so that's the codebase you'll have a dependency on.

Hi, I'm trying to find the SocketHubReceiver class in the chainsaw source tree but is unable to. On the other hand, it seems I can find it in the trunk of the log4j tree (but NOT in the 1.2.14 tag). Is chainsaw being merged into an upcoming log4j release? My problem is that I want to write a custom receiver to chainsaw, but I'm unable to determine which source tree to depend upon. Also, the current chainsaw binary I can download says it is v2, but I cannot find a v2 tag in the chainsaw repo. /Per --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
