Log:
Initial import of a java.util.logging (Juli?) bridge
that allows a user to filter LogRecords straight
into a correspondingly named log4j Logger.
This project obviously requires JDK 1.4+.
I'm currently not handling LocationInfo stuff, will have to get
to that next.
The Maven pom.xml is probably b0rk3n since I pretty much copied
and pasted it from another log4j project and tried to tidy it up,
but it does seem to work ok..
