Hi, all. I'm seeing time gaps in my logs that don't make sense, and I'm know that customers are continuously using our website. As anyone encountered this issue before? I'm trying to research customer complaint, and not wanting to call this person a liar, I can not find their activity for the date given. I'd like to avoid this in the future.
