Try downloading the file manually from:
http://java.sun.com/products/jms/docs.html";
is suggested. A better URL would be
"http://java.sun.com/products/jms/";
with a note of "use the Get the SDK" link.
Have the opening of Java under GPL made these technologies easier to download
automatically?
