Date formater will not convert ddd to Tue or dddd to Tuesday.
when setting the following
log4j.appender.a3.layout.ConversionPattern=%d{ddd MMM dd HH:mm:ss yyyy}:%m%n
The value set for ddd comes out as 017 instead of Tues
