when Chainsaw GUI starts up, the Button named 'Toggles Scroll to Bottom' is
drawn as disabled state, but 'Scroll to Bottom' is enabled when Chainsaw starts
up.
This is bringing in some confusion, because you have to click it twice to bring
it in sync with the actual setting.
