Content Assist (Ctrl + Space) needed in log4j.properties, in the Eclipse IDE.
To easy and efficiently build a log4j.properties, without constantly checking
up the framework on the internet.
I initially brougt it up to The eclipse foundation but got this reply:

Sorry, this has nothing to do with Eclipse SDK. Log4J would have to provide
corresponding tooling.
