Simplify the log4j build as it became to complex.
- Remove Chainsaw v1 classes
- Remove LF classes
- Extract Windows specific portions to extra build, probably companions
- Drop Ant support (?)
- Make use of Apache Parent pom to support nexus
- Check, why ASC files are not generated by default
