Tim, could you also look at what is being proposed in LOG4J2-238? The patch
there seems to make an attempt to fix things but I'm afraid it probably breaks
things in a non-OSGi environment.
How do we break core into multiple bundles without breaking it into multiple
Maven projects and multiple jars? Most of us here have very limited OSGi
experience so any patches you could provide would be heartily welcomed.
