I did not get your point here. the Routes is configured with the pattern and
Route is configured with one of the pattern. for example , in this case
$${ctx:fruit} is a pattern and apple can be a key , making the pattern as key
wont work.
To put it simple, I want to put fruits in ThreadContext, once i remove it , It
should go with Default logger with root or whatever defined. There should be no
need for configuring Default. It can be optional.
