What do you mean it doesn't work?
Notice that in your example above the Route with key="$$\{ctx:fruite}" has
fileName="logs/other-$\{ctx:fruits}.log and in mine I use a hard-coded name.
Since fruits is not defined you don't want to reference it in that Route.
