I'm not sure this should be a separate class and %name.
It could also be:
{noformat}
%throwable{short.className}
%throwable{short.methodName}
{noformat}
and so on.
If it is a separate class, I would call it %ShortThrowable as opposed to the
proposed %csThrowable which is too cryptic IMO.
