As I think we have said previously, none of us are OSGi experts (or even
close). If you believe the osgi reduced bundle needs to be split up further
feel free to do what is needed and provide a patch. While it won't make it for
beta9 we definitely would like to get all the OSGi stuff straightened out for
GA.
