Just confirming I've seen the same issue on WebLogic 12c and the changes
recommended above were successful. The change has also been successfully tested
on Glassfish (3.1 and 4.0) and Tomcat 7.0.42. We've also tested on Weblogic
10.3.6 but this is a 2.5 Servlet container so different configuration approach.
