Not sure where you get it.
Can you check if it is still available in your project? Maybe its an
older checkout
and is left in the target folder.
In the package mentioend should only be two classes, DBAppender and
LoggerRepositoryExImpl.

Changes to 1.2.17:
The -bin artifact still contained duplicated classes, while the -src
artifact did not. This version removes
