In LOG4J2-491 the user is requesting to be able to insert his own custom header
and footer during rollover. The Layout header and footer were designed for that
purpose but currently can only be used to specify a static header or footer.
Furthermore, PatternLayout doesn't allow the header or footer to be provided at
all.
