Resolution: Won't Fix
For backwards compatibility, aliasing was implemented for only these two
elements: Appender-Ref/AppenderRef and Error-Ref/ErrorRef.
This Jira is about providing a generic mechanism to de-hyphenate any/all
configuration elements. After discussion on the ML we decided not to do this.
