If you want to use Async Loggers you need to add the LMAX disruptor jar to the
classpath of your application (together with the log4j-api and log4j-core
jars). The JMX GUI doesn't need this jar, only your main app that does the
logging.
I believe the warnings you are seeing are not critical (and we should probably
review this to reduce the noise level).
