Remko Popma resolved LOG4J2-704.

Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: 2.0.1
If the specified configuration location could not be found,
ConfigurationFactory now reports a better error to the status logger: "File not
found in file system or classpath: " + configLocation.
Fixed in revision 1614390.
Please verify and close.
