Why does the JMX part matter?  All the user probably cares about is that they 
can get JVM input arguments”.

It specifically doesn’t get the application parameters and the -D arguments can 
be obtained as system properties, so I’m not sure how much other useful stuff 
will be there.

I would go with “jvmrun” or “jvmrunargs” as the name.
