While fiddling with LOG4J2-965 I refactored the test org.apache.logging.log4j.core.appender.ConsoleAppenderTest to add new tests for sys err like we have for sys out.
But... the new tests are @Ignore'd since they fail and have nasty side effects, they fail previously passing tests. Any thoughts?
