I've added the following unit tests:
- (/) org.apache.logging.log4j.core.config.JiraLog4j2_1100JsonTest passes
- (/) org.apache.logging.log4j.core.config.JiraLog4j2_1100XmlTest passes
- (x) org.apache.logging.log4j.core.config.JiraLog4j2_1100YamlTest fails and is
annoatted with {{Ignore}}
Can you dig in and provide a patch?
