Looks good at first glance. Quick reminder that we'd need to document the
dependency on commons-csv for this feature. A comment mentions that
commons-csv-1.3 would eliminate the need to create a new CSVPrinter for each
event; will CSVPrinter be thread-safe from 1.3?
