But Consumer Thread is a Single Thread in Log 4J,I see lot of time Producer 
Threads blocked because of Ring Buffer Space. Same is Applicable to Sync 
Logging. This is not configuration mistake. You can't expect application to 
define appender for every third party libraries. This needs to be taken care by 
log 4j. This is just a appender available check, why can't log4j perform before 
adding into buffer or acquring lock in case of Sync logging
