Note: The referenced issue LOG4J2-1192 is closed by now, but this is only about
the dynamic subject using PatternLayout. My provided solution
(ExtendedSmtpAppender) also contains the implementation for this issue.
If somebody with experience in the log4j2 source and doc environment may
include it, this would be fine.
Note: I did not write unit tests for the ExtendedSmtpAppender, but I performed
some manual test and already use it for some months in production and it works
fine.
