I imported the logo PNG file into Gimp and did a pattern fill on the cup
and/or the letters using most of the built in patterns. That gave me a pile
of XCF files. Then from the command line I wrote a windows for each loop
for each xcf file to convert it to a png using ImageMagick. Gimp can do the
same thing but I could not get the ScriptFu thingy I found on the web to
work.

How did you generate them? It would be really cool if there was a way to
do whatever you did dynamically on the web site.

I'll put all I have in git and we can go from there...
