This is a bug in CleanFolders. If it encounters an error deleting files it retries deleting the directory up to 9 more times. However, it still fails because it failed the first time even if the delete subsequently worked. I have a fix for this.
I have a suspicion that the bzip test is failing because it is trying to decompress a file that has not finished compressing.
