I'd like the ability to configure what gets written to the output in the way
that PatternLayout does. For example, "threadId" and "threadPriority" are
unlikely to be of interest to me, so I'd like to omit them from the output.
( These are just examples of fields that I might not be interested in - I'd
probably expect to be able to define which of the standard fields get included
in the output )
