Description:
RollingFileAppender should be able to create files lazily.
Add a {{lazyCreate}} attribute to {{RollingFileAppender}}.

Add a {{lazyCreate}} attribute to {{FileAppender}}.
If that goes well, do the same for other types file appenders (rolling and
random access).
