Why?  Log4j 2.3 is significant as it is the last release to support Java 6 and 
Log4j 1.2 is, of course, the last (and only) link to log4j 1.  If we link to 
all then we would have 20 links there and it wouldn’t be obvious that log4j 2.3 
was the last to support Java 6.
