Hi All:
Should the option name be {{lazyCreate}} or {{createOnDemand}}?
I have {{lazyCreate}} in there now but when wrote the docs for the site just
now (I had forgotten) the term "on-demand" sounds better and feels more
accessible.
Thoughts?
