Description: {{TcpSocketManagerFactory}} might leak {{Socket}}s when
certain startup errors occur. Under special circumstances it is possible that a
Socket might not be closed when the socket manager detects an error when it is
initializing itself. (was: SslSocketManagerFactory might leak Sockets when
certain startup errors occur. Under special circumstances it is possible that a
Socket might not be closed when the socket manager detects an error when it is
initializing itself.)
