Fix For: 2.8
Commit 738f2e resolved a Fixbugs warning but introduced a dependency on
log4j-api module.
The Generate class is a stand-alone command-line application and it is easier
for users to invoke it if the only required dependency is the log4j-core class
where the Generate class lives.
