Categoty.getInstance takes a string or a class. Assuming that the MyFooBar class is in
the ch.qos package. The following a strictly equivalent:
Category x = Category.getInstance("ch.qos.MyFooBar");
Category x = Category.getInstance(MyFooBar.class.getName());
Category x = Category.getInstance(MyFooBar.class);
