Disabling logging from a Configuration File

Hi...
        I'm running with configureAndWatch(,,,) reading a configuration file
for logging changes and control.

        Is there a way to totally DISABLE all logging .... ( like calling
disableAll() ) ... by means of a setting in my configuration file?
