This is a known problem for customers outside the US. Customer service
at flashline will ask you to go through 3 step process to prove your
identity. It is usually enough to reply to their email request by
simply stating that you confirm your identity and address. If you
continue to have trouble with your order please contact the author
(me).

If that does not work, I can process your order myself through my
company (not flashline). However, I somewhat prefer that you try
flashline first.
