I just realized that the 2.0 apache license is more general in this
point.

I simply have to add

 Copyright [yyyy] [name of copyright owner]

   Licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (the "License");
   you may not use this file except in compliance with the License.
   You may obtain a copy of the License at

       http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0

b.t.w. The license link on http://logging.apache.org still refers to the
1.1 license whereas the link at
http://logging.apache.org/site/binindex.cgi when I try to download log4j
refers to 2.0 license.
