Morning all,

Would it be a big job to change the receivers so that when they're set to "OFF", they
disconnect from the server (I'm thinking specifically about
SocketHubAppender/Receivers here but the same probably applies to all network based
receivers). Then they would need to reconnect if the threshold is changed to anything
other than OFF.

[The reason I ask is that the way I've set up my chainsaw config file is to define
receivers for all the environments I'm likely to want to connect to, but with a
default threshold of OFF... This is very convenient because it means I can quickly
investigate any of the environments just by switching on the receiver - and it's not
so much of a problem right now because not many of us are using chainsaw - but when
more people in the team start to adopt chainsaw (which I'm pushing for) and we have
multiple clients connecting and receiving all the logging events from multiple
environments we'll either bring down the network or we'll have a major impact on the
performance of our application!]

Also (and this really is a minor point), it would be helpful to have the receivers
displayed in some kind of defined order... either alphabetical, or the same order that
they appear in the config file, would be great!

Cheers,
Stephen
