Does Log4J have any issue related to JRE / Java Web Start? I have multiple releases of my Java Web Start application and I am using the Log4J 1.2.8 version for both. In my latest release I am forced to add Log4J properties information (BasicConfigurator / PropertyConfigurator configured for consoleAppender) to redirect logger messages to the Java web Start console. In the earlier versions of Java Web Start application redirecting to console happened without me using any of the above configurators. Need your suggestion? I am using JRE 1.4.2_05. VS
