Nope! =)

Ignorant as I am, I figured that it just would.   I was seeing some error 
messages in eclipse (the IDE I used), but I thought it was because I forgot to 
add a jar to my class path or something.   The change I made to 
DailyRollingFileAppender was really small so I figured I would just make the 
change, compile, jar, and be set ... guess i was wrong.
