Chainsaw V2 supports all receivers (both DBReceiver which processes events generated by DBAppender, as well as CustomSQLDBReceiver, which will process logging events from your own schema - where you specify the sql).
I haven't checked DBReceiver, but I use CustomSQLDBReceiver here at work and it works fine.
