Are you interested in only retrieving the number of events that will display on the screen and then using page up/page down to scroll forward and back to retrieve other events?
Chainsaw doesn't support that. If you're interested in navigating between tabs, you can use left and right arrows if a tab itself is selected. If I had 100 logs that I was trying to view in Chainsaw, I'd probably use a different tab identifier expression (view-show application wide preferences) in order to aggregate events into fewer tabs. I'd probably also launch Chainsaw via a batch script (in order to provide a different configuration file) so I could load 20 or so logs with each script. If you don't see events you expect to see, remember that Chainsaw by default uses a cyclic buffer (you can configure the size of that buffer from the application-wide preferences menu), and you can turn off the cyclic buffer from the 'current tab' menu.
