How do I generate the know_hosts file in the proper format on Win2k/WinXP?  I
think that's the problem at this point.  I don't know what that file is
supposed to look like.  And you mention that it needs a "fingerprint".  I'm
guessing that will need to be generated by some program.  What did you use?
