Thanks for your suggestion And sorry for not replying you. But my problem was solved by removing the system path entry For Tomcat home directory. I do not know the reason why it behaved like that But never the less it is working fine now.

I suggest using the APP-INF/lib feature. It works exactly like WEB-INF/lib does for webapps.
