Paul,
I am using ActiveMQ 4.1.1. What if I use..
Destination destination = session.createTopic("CUST01.TOPIC1");
Do you think that might help? I will go ahead and test it but please feel
free to give me any input you may have. My boss is insisting that he needs
to see the messages stored somewhere..:).
Thanks again for your help,
Regards,
-Misty.

Hmm, that might be an ActiveMQ question. Which version of ActiveMQ
are you using? ActiveMQ creates topics on the fly, so they won't
appear until they are referenced. This 'on-the-fly' creation of
topics and queues is different than most JMS providers, I think it's
handy, but many admins dislike having arbitrary destinations popping
up willy-nilly.
