Hi Guys, Please can you assist me on below issue.
I am using Log4j 1.2.14 in my Spring application for configuring DailyRollingFileAppender. I am running on Windows XP & WAS 6.1 env. This is how I am configuring it : 1. I use DOM.configurer to read my Log4j file. 2. Before I do that, I close any open appenders & execute LogManager.shutdown code. Now even after this, when any of my application code changes and Websphere tries to re-publish my app, it gives an error...Failed to rename my logfile Has anyone encountered this problem ? I tried upgrading to 1.2.15 but no joy.
