Thanks for the speedy response.

@Christian yes i'm using the JNLP / webstart whatever you want to call
it version.

It seems to me from the speed of the response that this is / was a
recognised issue. If that is the case
why was there no notice in the release notes page, or anywhere on the
main chainsaw page?

I will also observe that I have been having trouble with chainsaw on
my linux Box at home (at work I'm on XP ;( )

Are there any things I can do to help raise a bug? capture error log
for example.

Is there any modification I can make to tell chainsaw to look
somewhere else for the webstart files, or tell it to function in 'off
line mode' and preventing it from trying to capture bad info from the
webstart site.

I am happy to tweak around with the jnlp if you tell me what to
modify, especially if that could help pinpoint where the problem lies.
